Station Road explores multi-residential living within Cheltenham’s established shopping streetscape. A curved brick podium and planted balconies give the building a tactile street presence, while patterned upper façades introduce colour and a distinct architectural identity.

At ground level, generous glazing and a timber-lined canopy frame the street frontage and pedestrian link. Trees, benches and integrated planting bring a finer scale to the proposal, connecting the residential building with the everyday activity of the surrounding precinct.
