Jolimont explores contemporary multi-residential living within an established, leafy urban streetscape. Curved balconies and pale brickwork articulate the lower levels, while charcoal standing-seam cladding gives the upper building a distinct expression alongside its neighbouring buildings.

Generous glazing, vertical screening and integrated planting shape the relationship between residential spaces and their surroundings. The proposal considers privacy, natural light and outdoor living, with planted terraces and a patterned brick boundary wall bringing texture and greenery to the building’s edges.
