Brighton Botanical explores a garden-led approach to multi-residential living within an established Brighton streetscape. Rounded masonry forms, generous glazing and a restrained palette of grey-toned brickwork and dark metal create a composed residential frontage, softened by layered gardens and trailing balcony planting.

Landscaped thresholds, sheltered outdoor spaces and a pool courtyard bring greenery and natural light into the everyday experience of the homes. The proposal balances privacy with connections between indoor and outdoor living, while a planted pedestrian approach creates a considered arrival sequence.
